Homeopathy is a holistic, complimentary therapy which can be used for a variety of ailments and conditions. It is gentle and safe, suitable for all ages.

The factors considered important in guiding the selection of appropriate individualized healing strategies are: inherited tendencies (family history), lifestyle, nutritional status, stage of life, sources of environmental and emotional stress.

Your constitution is formed from a myriad influences before and after birth. Your inner energy field resonates according to your own individual blueprint. It determines how you are likely to react to events in your life, relationships and the challenges that you face. These energy patterns have an influence on the nature of imbalances that may become apparent in your health.

This individualised energy blueprint or 'vital force' can resonate more or less with other energy patterns that are found in nature.( remedies). When this pattern is similar to your own then your energy is aided in its attempt to restore balance. Healing occurs.
